Jason has been at Dodds Company since it was founded in 1992. He has a bachelor's degree form Southern Methodist University and prior to Dodds Company was in the commercial real estate business in Champaign-Urbana. He oversees the day-to day operations, focusing on quality, client relationships and growth.  

Newt is the founder and key stone of Dodds Company. Prior to Dodds Company he was a partner in First Illinois Construction for over 20 years. Newt was also the co-developer of the Interstate Research Park, a 200-acre industrial/office park located in northwest Champaign.  

Garett holds a BFA degree in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois and joined the team in 2004. He manages and participates in all aspects of the company. Focusing on estimating, project scheduling and daily management of multiple projects. 

After early years in public accounting and sixteen years in the financial securities industry, Suzanne returned to accounting. She is responsible for all in house accounting and office management. 

James was previously employed at Dodds Company from 2006-2010. He brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction as a journeyman carpenter. James' main responsibilities include but are not limited to site project management and coordination of contractor scheduling. 

Cliff oversees all field aspects of construction projects. From 2011 to 2017 he was the chief estimator for TSI Commercial Floor Covering and was the head estimator for Treat Brothers Company specializing in Commercial interior construction from 1983-2011.

Pat holds a BS in Construction Management, is a licensed Commercial Building Inspector(CA) and was a journeyman carpenter for 36 years. Prior to joining Dodds Company he held previous positions at Richardson Development and Holdings and Swinerton in San Diego, CA.
